Each course is designed to assist the candidate in continuously progressing to a more advanced course with the aim of ensuring their skills and cognitive abilities are greatly honed and developed during their course learning phase. Practical applications form part of each course as well as a grading system showing the candidates progression, aptitude and ability to complete each module within the course.

Not only are all our courses tailored to this specific industry but your tutors have a vast amount of knowledge in the motor retail sales industry and are on hand whenever you need them. Once you have passed one of our courses you will receive an accredited certificate proving your knowledge and skill. You will then also be signed up on our recruitment portal where your newly acquired skills and certifications will be on display for companies in the motor industry to see and hire accordingly. As a trained candidate you will have a much higher chance of being placed and employed at a company in the motor industry – above someone who only has a matric qualification.

This course is designed to delve into some of the soft skills required as well as excellent techniques in overcoming objections and giving you the skill to be a professional salesperson and to possibly make it your career.
The purpose of this qualification is to provide learners, education and training providers as well as employers, with the standards and the range of learning required to work effectively in various sub-sectors of the industry as automotive sales persons. The primary skill that is recognised in this qualification is the ability to apply the fundamental competencies of automotive sales with reference to recognising and responding to prospective clients of the organisation within identified functional areas of sales. This qualification focuses on developing the skills and knowledge necessary to perform as a competent person in the automotive sales industry. It also provides learners who have gained relevant experience in the workplace with an opportunity to obtain credits through an RPL process. This qualification substantiates the natural progression of a trainee cadet into the sales industry.
